Is Erdoğan a Man of His Word?

Yesterday Al-Jazeera quoted Recep Tayyip Erdoğan:
I will say something very strong here. If such a thing is proven, the nobility of our nation would require that I would not stay in office.
So he commented recent Vladimir Putin's accusations that Turkey had shot down the Russian Su-24 to protect oil supplies from ISIL.

Meanwhile, earlier today Elissa Smith of Pentagon told RIA Novosti:
We reject the assumption that the Turkish government is in arrangement to IS for oil smuggling. We didn't see any proofs in support of such charges.
Come on, people, here are the proofs as presented today by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

"In total, in their illegal oil business, terrorists are using no less than 8,500 trucks transporting up to 200,000 tons of oil every day. Most of the vehicles are entering the Turkish territory from Iraq," said the Chief of the Main Operational Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Lt. Gen. Sergei Rudskoy. He accompanied his speech with a set of maps, photographs and videos you are very welcome to see with your own eyes.

the Chief of the Main Operational Directorate of Chief of National Centre for State Defence Control Lt. Gen. Mikhail Mizintsev added:
This week, ISIS and Jabhat al-Nusra has been reinforced with up to 2,000 militants, approximately 120 tons of munitions and 250 pieces of automobile hardware coming from Turkey.
According to the hard evidence gained in the course of intelligence, the Turkish party has been providing such activities regularly and for a long time. They do not even plan to stop doing it.
Certainly, next week we will inform you about delivery of weapons, ammunition, components of explosives, communication and other means by the Turkish party, training of terrorists in camps in the Turkish territory.
I am sincerely glad Russia has helped the USA to discover some new things about their Eastern sly-assed NATO member.

Just two questions remain:

1. Is there any proof that the NATO fights the IS, if its local member acts this way?

2. Is Recep Tayyip Erdoğan the master of his words?

PS: As far as I know, so far the only American media that covered the briefing of our Ministry of Defence, is the Las Vegas Sun.
